How is my Booking confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email after we confirm the payment of the guarantee deposit. Please note that the deposit is included in the established price, and does not signify, at any time, a supplementary charge to your payment.
This email will include a voucher containing the dates and details of your booking. Note that the voucher attached to the mail must be kept and presented when you arrive at the hotel.
However, it is very important that the email address that you give us is correct. Marocrooms is not responsible for possible errors committed by the client that makes the booking confirmation impossible to send.
If you do not receive an email within four working hours after booking, you can contact Marocrooms Client Service by sending an email to
booking@marocrooms.com with your booking details (client name, name of hotel ...).
How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking you should send an email to booking@marocrooms.com with your cancellation request. The client is obliged to pay all costs arising from cancellation.
How can I change my booking?
You can modify a booking in process by contacting Marocrooms Client Service and sending an email tobooking@marocrooms.com with your booking details (client name, name of hotel ...). Our customer service will immediately assist you with your request.
What do I do if my credit card is denied?
In this case, you are requested to contact our Customer Service by email booking@marocrooms.com or by telephone in order to help you finish your booking.
Are there any extra charges for children and age requirement?
Some hotels charge a supplement for crib/cot or supplementary bed (the type of bed depends on the child's age). This supplement is not always included in the price of the room. In order to avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you contact us for information, by email at booking@marocrooms.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
Where can I find the hotel’s telephone number and/or email address?
After you have completed a booking, the telephone/fax number and email address are provided immediately online and on your confirmation email. The address of the hotel can always be found at the top of each hotel page.
Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?
Refer to the room information; there is a full description of the room you are booking. If not please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be granted because that will depend on the hotel availability.
What happens to my hotel booking if my flight is delayed?
Please contact your hotel directly if the delay is more than 12 hours, if they are unable to help you then contact Marocrooms by phone.
Do I need to confirm my booking directly with the hotel?
The Confirmation Voucher printed from the confirmation mail is all you need; we take care of the rest. But you are free to contact the hotel at anytime using the number printed on your voucher.
What is your Credit Card Refund Policy?
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
When your reservation is cancelled, the security deposit is fully refunded to you, minus the additional processing fee that may apply in some cases as clearly stated during the booking process. However, when penalties do apply, based on the terms and conditions of the hotel prevailing at the time when you made the booking, we will charge your credit card and refund the hotel.
How safe are my credit card details?
Marocrooms websites are protected by a security system: Marocrooms has adopted SSL encoding protocols. In addition, this system has been reinforced by scrambling and encoding procedures to protect all transactions related to modes of payment as effectively as possible.
Is my personal information protected?
We have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. We never divulge any information in our fully encrypted database account to anyone without your consent. Once you enter booking system, you are automatically taken into a secure booking engine that guarantees a safe and smooth transaction. We are very confident about the Internet security provided by Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).
Is there any fee using our booking service?
There is no charge, no fee to use our booking system; in fact, you will usually save a lot of money by booking at our special rates.

How Can I get transferred to my Hotel?
Marocrooms is not responsible for transfers, it is your obligation to either book your transfer throughout our website or contact the hotel to make arrangement. Certain hotels offer free transfer for their clients for a close distance, please refer to the hotel information to learn more. If they don’t, please contact us to arrange transfers.
